Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Wszelkie reklamacje należy zgłaszać w formie pisemnej w ciągu 30 dni od wykrycia.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. Gwarancja ma zastosowanie wyłącznie w przypadku użytkowania materiału w normalnych warunkach ruchu pieszego w budynkach mieszkalnych/komercyjnych.

5. Montaż tarasu musi odbywać się zgodnie z pisemną instrukcją montażu Senrui WPC® lub instrukcją instalacji wideo Senrui WPC®, które są dostępne w zakładce Zasoby na stronie Senrui WPC.com.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Uszkodzenia spowodowane przez meble, urządzenia, przedmioty na kółkach lub przedmioty znajdujące się na powierzchni materiałów nie są objęte niniejszą gwarancją.

9. Uszkodzenia spowodowane pożarem, powodzią, innymi klęskami żywiołowymi, zdarzeniami losowymi, uszkodzeniami transportowymi, budowlanymi lub instalacyjnymi nie są objęte niniejszą gwarancją.

10. Zaniedbanie, erozja, niewłaściwe drenaż, osiadanie lub przemieszczenie konstrukcji, na której zamontowane jest pokrycie tarasowe, powodują unieważnienie niniejszej gwarancji.

11. Jakość produktu, wady materiałowe lub błędy nieprzekraczające 5% materiału nie są objęte niniejszą gwarancją.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. Niniejsza gwarancja może zostać przeniesiona jednorazowo, w ciągu pięciu [5] lat od pierwotnej daty zakupu. Rejestracja gwarancji jest wymagana w ciągu trzydziestu [30] dni od zakupu materiału.

Brak rejestracji w tym terminie spowoduje utratę gwarancji.
